The Wednesday Night Runners are a motley but friendly lot who meet every Wednesday evening at 5:30 at The Runners Market, Bearden in Knoxville. Runners and walkers of all speeds are always welcome. Come run!

Trail run Sunday

A few of us are meeting at IC King to run 10-12 miles on the trails starting @ 1:30pm Sunday (2/1). Come join us if you like. There will possibly be a group running a shorter distance. BYO food/drink for the run and postrun.

There are two entrances to ICK. The southernmost has a gate and the northernmost is just a few hundred feet north. The northernmost is where we'll meet. This is on US hwy. 129 (Alcoa Hwy).
