Some WNRs spent Saturday in the sweltering heat at the Dragon Boat races. With just a couple of practices in, they placed 13 out of 50 teams, which is not too shabby. I tried to get a group photo, but as usual, the WNRs don't stand still for very long and my photo isn't complete. It was a long, hot day and many WNRs left for greener pastures (or work, or a bike trail, etc.) Cheers to the Dragon Boat WNRs for trying something new, the teamwork involved and making us proud.
